Is this flight confirmed as many of your previous flights have been cancelled?

Previous flights were cancelled due to situations beyond our control and more so it was due to Government decisions and increase in COVID cases. In this current environment anything can happen any moment, so far this flight is operating as per schedule.

What is the guarantee that these flights advertised on your website will operate?

In this current everyday evolving situation there is no guarantee that can be given for anything. We recommend you to book this option available for you to travel.

I am already fully Covid vaccinated do I still need to take the Covid test prior to my departure?

Some states and territories may require you to be up-to-date with your COVID-19 vaccinations to access some venues or work in certain occupations. Even if you meet the definition of fully vaccinated for the purposes of international travel, you may not be considered ‘up to date’ with your vaccinations in some states and territories.

International travellers are encouraged to access Australia’s vaccination program to bring their vaccinations ‘up to date’.

Do we have to change flights at Colombo or Malaysia?

It depend on the Airlines and you may require to change flights in Colombo or Malaysia or other country.

Is inflight entertainment available?

On your flight from India to Srilanka, there is no inflight entertainment available, you can prepare your self with entertainment on your phone/ ipad just incase if the entertainment system of the airlines does not work. On your flight from Srilanka to Australia inflight entertainment is available.

Can I request special meal request?

Only Standard Vegetarian meals would be provided. We recommend you carry some food based on your diet to consume it while travelling.

What will be the baggage allowance for Adult/Child/Infant?

Kindly check the product details.

Is stroller included in Infant baggage?

Yes it will be included in the luggage allowance for the infant/child.

Can I request for Bassinet?

We will be requesting the Airline for Bassinet, it is subject to airlines confirmation.

Is the ticket Refundable/Non-Refundable in case you cancellation by the customer ?

Non-Refundable.

Will be able to a Date change/hold the ticket on credit?

The ticket is non-Changeable.

What if I am tested covid positive just before departure will I be able to do Date change/hold the ticket on credit?

Unfortunately the ticket is Non-Refundable/Non Changeable hence we recommend a week before travel please isolates yourself to avoid any such situation.

What is the process once I land in Australia?

On arrival in Australia, you will be managed by ABF, Department of Health. If you require further information then please visit health.gov.au website.

The RT-PCR Covid test needs to be done within 48 hrs of Domestic or International departure?

RT PCR test to be done within 48 hours prior to your International flight from India .

What if my domestic flight is cancelled or rescheduled?

We would provide you the alternate flight option. Currently your domestic flight is arriving 3 hours before departure of your international flight. If you want you can also arrive in the city a night before the International flight departure.

Can I request for Wheelchair; will it be provided for my domestic flight as well?

Wheelchairs are not provided for domestic flights and on international flights it is subject to airlines confirmation.

How many hours prior do I need to check in for my international flight?

International check in counter will open 4 Hours prior to departure time.

Are there any tests conducted at the airport Dom/International?

There are no further tests that will be conducted at the International Airport. Please ensure your RT PCR test has a QR code and your passport number .It should be done within 48 hours of your international flight from India.

Do I have to get tested before boarding the flight from India ?

The Australian Government now requires everyone who is entering Australia to have a negative COVID-19 PCR test Mandatory RT PCR test for COVID 19 test done within 48 hours of International departure from the testing Centers approved by their local health authority. The RTPCR test should be electronically generated (with QR code)and should mention your Passport number.

Before you leave India, you need to get tested within 48 hrs of International departure.

My Passport is not valid for 6 months, Will I be allowed to travel from India ?

Australia does not have a requirement that your passport should be valid for at least 6 months to enter, however airlines or transit countries might have that limit. Please ensure your passport is valid.

Will the airline provide Inflight entertainment and meals?

Yes it is included .

How much luggage can be carried for an infant ?

10 kgs for International flight.

Where do I have to upload the RTPCR report in Australia Declaration Form ?

You need to carry a hard copy of the Report with yourself. There is no option to upload the report while filling the Australia Declaration Form.

When can I fill the self Reporting Form ?

As per the new update you need to upload the RTPCR report done within 48 hrs of departure in the Self Declaration form only instead of exemption form .Hence you can fill the Self declaration form within 48 hrs of departure only after your RTPCR report is ready.

Do I need to carry the print out of acknowledgement received to Airport after I fill the Self declaration form ?

Yes ,All travellers should carry physical or digital copy of acknowledgement of their Self declaration form submitted on Air Suvidha portal along with the RTPCR report failing which they can be denied boarding at the origin city in Australia.

I need help in filling the self reporting form. What should I put in the Seat number and PNR field for Self reporting form ?

Do I need to fill the exemption form as per the new update ?

Shall I get myself tested at Drive through Centres or Pathology lab ?

It depends on when will you get the report .Since you have to get tested within 48 hrs of departure which means you have around Two and half days to get tested and also get the report.

For eg ,if your flight is on 22 Jan 21 at 8 pm ,you can only get tested after 8 pm on 19th Jan 2021.This gives you around two and a half days to get tested and also get the report in these two days.

We would advise you to get tested at a Private/Govt Centres where you can get the RTPCR test report within 24-48 hrs.Then you can fill the self reporting form and upload the RTPCR report.

Which form do I need to fill first ?

As per the new update ,you need to fill the Self Declaration form and also need to upload your negative RTPCR report(done within 48 hrs of departure) in Self Declaration form .

My parents are travelling ,What if I do not receive their test report before departure ?

As per the latest update ,all travellers leaving Australia should fill Self Declaration form online before departure .They need to upload the negative RTPCR test report done within 48 hrs of departure in Self Declaration form only .

When do we need to make balance payment ?

You need to make the balance payment immediately after receiving the email with the subject “Urgent: Immediate Payment Required”

What if we are not able to make the payment immediately

We strongly suggest you to make the payment immediately to avoid cancellation.

If you are making the payment later ,kindly check the booking status under “view my booking ” on our website, if the status is payment due ,you can go ahead with the payment.

Can I make Transfer through Indian bank for balance payment ?

We only accept Bank Transfer through Australian banks for Balance payment.

How much amount I have to pay after making the booking ?

Kindly check the FIRST Confirmation email sent to you. After the itinerary, you can see the amount to be paid.

Once the payment made by you hits our account ,we manually update it and send you an email with the subject “Processing: Payment Received”. How do I make balance payment ?

Wheelchair

How do I request for Wheelchair ?

I have requested for Wheelchair .Kindly send me the confirmation .

Wheelchair is a special request made to the airline.

It will be at the discretion of the airline to provide wheelchair depending on the availability .We do not send you the confirmation once you have requested for wheelchair while making the booking. We only request the airline to arrange the same once we receive your filled and signed INCAD form. Depending on the availability ,Airlines will arrange the wheelchair.

Will the wheelchair be provided at the Entrance of Airport ?

Wheelchair will only be provided after you check-in till the  Passenger Boarding Bridge (Ramp)

When is the last day to send INCAD form ?

You need to send the form at least a week before the departure.If you have received the email for INCAD form ,it mentions you should submit it by next day before 5 pm.

We will not be able to accept the INCAD form if it has been sent with in a week of departure.

IF I have made the booking within 5 days of departure, Will get the wheelchair ?

We will definitely request the Airline for wheelchair but it will be at the discretion of the Airline to provide wheelchair after you provide the INCAD form.

My father needs Oxygen Cylinder in the Airplane. Can you provide that along with wheelchair or can he carry his own Oxygen Cylinder ?

If you have booked a repatriation flight ,we are unable to provide or allow Oxygen Cylinders and hence would not suggest you to book the ticket if the traveller is unable to travel without Oxygen Cylinder.

Due to Covid restrictions ,not all Airlines will be providing Oxygen Cylinders unless pre approved by them .Hence hence we would not suggest you to book the ticket if the traveller is unable to travel without Oxygen Cylinder.

My mother needs wheelchair and special assistance at the airport , during the flight and on arrival in India .

We only request for wheelchair assistance at the airport in Australia .

No other special assistance can be provided during the flight or at the Airport.

Meals

What kind of meal will be served onboard for EK ?

Can any kind of special meal be requested eg Jain Meal/ Hindu Meal/ Baby Meal on EK?

In flight interactions between crew and passengers will be kept to a minimum, Only Standard Meals will be provided Onboard.

What is the Menu for veg meals ?

Menu is never same for each flight ,Standard HOT meals will be provided for each leg of the Flight.

Will we get meals for each leg of the flight ?

Yes,the meals will be provided for each leg of the journey.

E -Tickets

When will I get my International/Domestic ticket ?

We are only sending Travel Document to all travellers 12 -24 hours prior to departure.

Please be advised that you can check in with travel Document at the International airport .It does not mention ticket number as Travel Document is sufficient to do check in at the Airport.

You can also go on our website under View my booking and click on View E-Ticket to download the Travel document.

You will receive a separate email for the domestic ticket in India later.

Can you book exit-row seat / leg space for me?

Exit Row seat can be booked at the time of Check in, so we recommend you be at the airport earlier to get your preferred seat

Can I do online Check-in ?

For all International Tickets ,yes you can do online check-in unless its a group booking or a Charter Flight.

I have received the International Ticket ,when will I receive the Domestic Ticket ?

All Tickets will be sent 12 hrs prior to departure.If you have received the International ticket,kindly wait for the domestic ticket to be sent.

Please advise if RTPCR test date should be within 48 hrs or its okay if report received date is within 48 hrs.

Test date should be within 48 hrs of departure.

For eg if you have a flight on 22 Jan 2020 at 8 pm ,you can get tested on 20th Jan 2021 anytime after 8 pm.

What all Documents do we need to fill before departure with Etihad airline ?

-Completed Self Declaration form on Air Suvidha .Please print four copies of the form and present them when you check in at the airport and to the relevant Indian authorities.

Upon uploading of the documents on Air Suvidha , you will receive a confirmation receipt. You can present either a printed or electronic copy of the receipt code.

You must present your receipt upon arrival in order to be processed by the local authorities.

All Travellers including children must complete this process.

Will there be change of Airplane enroute to India ?

For Charter Flights ,Bassinets will not be provided ,still you can make the request at the time of check in.

If you have booked on any Commercial Flight ,We will be requesting the Airline for Bassinet ,however due to the Pandemic situation ,not all Services might be provided on board.

Would I be able to choose my seat ?

You can request for the seat at the check-in counter as its a group booking and online check in is not possible.

Can I travel on Australian passport with valid Indian visa?

For Charter flights from Australia to India -Yes, you can.you can apply for the recent VISA(Past year’s E-VISA will not be valid) and book tickets .

For Commercial flights like Emirates , You can not travel with Indian visa. You can only travel if you have valid OCI .

Do I need to collect baggage in the transit Country ?

It depends on the ticket you are booking .

If its Charter Flight ,baggage will be checked through to first port of arrival in India.

Which Gadgets are allowed in these flights ?

Will we have separate queues for Business class at the time of check in ?

What about the Child and Infant baggage ?

Can I make date changes /cancellation for any ticket ?

Will it be a problem if I fly interstate in Australia to catch these flights?

You can check the interstate restrictions on the State Govt website and take the decision accordingly. Due to the pandemic situation ,Interstate Travel rules are changing frequently.

I have an Indian Passport with temporary VISA for Australia ,can I still take these flights.

Yes you can take this flight if you are a temporary VISA holder. However ,if you have a PR or OCI ,in that case you need exemption from Australian Border Forces to leave Australia.

Can I travel If I’m pregnant on Srilankan Airlines ?

For Single Uncomplicated Pregnancy ,you can fly upto 35 weeks.

For Multiple/ Complicated Pregnancy, you can fly upto 28 weeks.

Expectant mothers without any complications travelling after their 28th week of pregnancy are required to provide a Medical Certificate from a qualified Medical Practitioner issued within 7 days of travel, confirming that the pregnancy is free of complication/ s, mother is fit to travel and the estimated date of delivery.

Expectant mothers with multiple and/or complicated pregnancy shall carry a Medical Certificate at all times from a qualified Medical Practitioner issued within 7 days of travel, confirming that the mother is fit to travel and the estimated date of delivery.

The Medical Certificate shall carry the date of consultation and contact details.

Can I travel If I’m pregnant on Emirates ?

Expectant Mothers Flying on Emirates

If you plan to travel in your 29th week of pregnancy or later, a medical certificate or letter signed by an appropriately qualified doctor or midwife is required. The letter should include:

confirmation of a single or multiple pregnancy

confirmation that the pregnancy is progressing without complications
the estimated date of delivery

the date through which the mother is expected to be fit to travel

confirmation that the mother is in good health

confirmation that there is no known reason the mother should not fly

Please note that if you choose not to carry a medical certificate, you may not be accepted for travel if there is any doubt about your ability to complete the journey safely.

For multiple pregnancies, no air travel is permitted after the 32nd week of gestation.
For single pregnancies, travel after the 36th week of gestation will be permitted only after prior clearance is granted by the Emirates medical department. A medical form for pregnant passengers will need to be submitted for clearance purposes. You can find the form in the Traveling while pregnant section here.

Can we request for name changes on Emirates or any other Airline ?

Name Changes are not permitted, however if there is a minor correction required we can check with the airline if its possible with a penalty.

I need  Itinerary in PDF format instead of confirmation email.

You can copy the confirmation email on a word document and then convert it to PDF.

I want to send my minor child with his grandparents – what should be the procedure?

Its always good to carry a letter of consent signed and written by the guardian .

Can a minor (under 18 yrs) travel all alone ?

The Airlines are not accepting minors travelling alone at this time.

Do we need transit visa in Dubai/Abu dhabi or Colombo if I’m taking the Emirates /Etihad or Sri lankan Flight ?

As you are transiting the airport and NOT leaving the airport, hence you do not require a transit visa.

Can I book my domestic flight on the same day of arrival in India?

Its mandatory to get the RTPCR test and upload on Self Declaration Form on Air Suvidha within 48 hrs of departure. You can take the flight on the day of arrival on the basis of exemption received on email once you fill the Self Declaration form on Air Suvidha with your negative RTPCR test report.

I have made a booking from Adelaide/Brisbane to New Delhi and want to add Domestic flight in India/Australia .

I have a flight from Adelaide via Melbourne to Delhi , Do I have to re-check in again?

Yes luggage needs to be checked again as evident in the flight details.

For example ,if you have a flight from Adelaide to Melbourne and then you need to catch the International flight from Melbourne to Delhi ,you would need to check out your bags in Melbourne and go from Domestic terminal to International terminal T 2 to recheck in again in to catch the International flight .

On arrival from other Australian Cities to Sydney/Melbourne do we need to change the terminal ?

Yes you need to change the Terminal. Flights arrive in domestic terminal T 2 in Sydney and the International terminal is T 1.

In Melbourne ,Domestic flights arrive in T1,T3 and T 4 and flight depart from International terminal T 2.

How far is Jetstar/Virgin Australia /Qantas terminal from T2-International terminal in Melbourne ?

Once you arrive in Melbourne you will have to reach International Terminal 2 to catch the International flight.

Jetstar flight in Melbourne arrives at terminal 4 ,it will take 10-20 minutes on foot to arrive at T2 from where the International flight will depart.

Virgin Australia Flight arrives in Melbourne at terminal 3 ,it will take 10-15 minutes on foot to arrive at T2 from wh ere the International flight will depart.

Qantas Flight arrives in Melbourne at terminal 1 ,it will take 10–15 minutes on foot to arrive at T2 from wh ere the International flight will depart.

From which terminal Air India and Vistara depart on arrival in Indira Gandhi Airport ?

The International terminal in Indira Gandhi International Airport is Terminal 3 .

Air India and Vistara also depart from Terminal 3 ,however this can change without prior notice.

How many hours minimum require in DEL/BOM to clear immigration ?

You need Minimum 5-6 hrs to go through Immigration and ,Security.

From which terminal Air India and Vistara depart on arrival in Indira Gandhi Airport ?

The International terminal in Indira Gandhi International Airport is Terminal 3 .

Air India and Vistara also depart from Terminal 3 ,however this can change without prior notice.

If I need to buy extra baggage at Delhi Airport ,How much will be the approximate cost ?

It will cost minimum INR 500/ kg to buy extra luggage. All airlines have different rules hence please check their website.

Further it may change without any prior notice.

How far is Terminal 2 and terminal 3 in Indira Gandhi Airport ,New Delhi ?

It takes 10-15 minutes to reach from T2 to T3.

Cancellation /Changes

I have paid 5 % for the booking ,I want to cancel now .

Once you have paid 5 % ,as per the terms and conditions the amount is non refundable.

I have to make changes /Cancellation in my booking(Paid in Full) .

We would request you to check the Inclusions in the Confirmation email sent to you ,Which is the first email sent once you make the booking. The inclusion will mention the change/cancellation policy for that particular booking. After checking the cancellation /change policy you can send us an email and we will respond to you in next 24 hrs.

I have paid for the Business class booking but now Economy class is available so please downgrade the booking and refund the money.

Unfortunately paid amount is non refundable and non transferable. Once full payment received we are sending bookings to airline for issuance so we can not change date or class of your booking.

Is name change possible on ticket? Are these tickets transferable?

No, name change is not allowed and booking is not transferable.

If there is slight change in the name like a letter missing or no last name ,please get in touch on email.

How long does it take for the overpaid /refund amount to be processed for Charter Flights?

In case you have overpaid for the Booking and you have been advised about the refund on email ,kindly be informed that it will take minimum 6-8 weeks for the refund to be processed and reflect in your account.

For Commercial Flights ,if you have requested for refund on our website, then our team will review your request ,please keep checking your emails for response from our end and respond to it if required.

Refund for Commercial flights will take minimum 20-24 weeks for processing.

How many bags can I carry ?

Each airline has different luggage policy. Mostly all Airlines on international route allow two bags within the luggage allowance. One bag should not weigh more than 32 kgs.

Infant : 10 kgs on International flight till Delhi but if you have connecting domestic flight in India ,then please be informed that there will not be any baggage for Domestic connection.

For Travellers coming from other destinations in Australia to Mel/SYD to catch the International flight -Please check your domestic ticket for luggage allowance.

If we have a baby ,can we carry a pram ?

Yes you can ,it will be included in the luggage allowance for the infant/child.

Is Laptop/Ladies bag included in the Cabin Baggage of 7 Kgs ?

Yes it has to be included in the 7 kgs.
