The $5 deposit is non-refundable but can be used towards future bookings within 12 months. The remaining balance is refundable, subject to our Terms and Conditions. For bookings made on regular flights which are scheduled within the next 7 days, your e-ticket will be sent to you within the next 24 hours.
For bookings made on regular flights and travel days beyond the next 7 days, your e-ticket will be sent to you within the next 72 hours.
If you have booked a flight with GDeals(Special Deals), you can expect to receive your e-ticket via email approximately 7 days prior to your departure date.
